 Won a unanimous defense jury verdict in North Carolina for a designer of medical devices for cancer therapy. The jury found that plaintiff had breached the parties’ contract, had competed unfairly, and should pay damages to our client.

Smith vs. SEECO, et al. – Little Rock, AR

Won a unanimous defense jury verdict in Arkansas rejecting claims for $300 million by a class of 12,000 royalty owners in the Fayetteville Shale play.
